Champion Homes, Inc. (NYSE: SKY) announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Michael Haack as a new independent director, effective Aug. 24, 2026. With Haack's addition, the Champion Homes Board now comprises seven directors, six of whom are independent. Haack will join the Board’s Compensation Committee, according to a press release. Haack is a
