GURGAON: Amit Gupta, the managing director of Orris Infrastructure, was arrested by Mumbai police over allegations of forgery, cheating, criminal breach of trust and conspiracy in a dispute with Godrej Properties involving a project in Gurgaon. The police action has stirred anxiety among 1,650 homebuyers of the stalled Greenopolis project in Sector 89, fearing that fresh legal trouble could further complicate their long wait for possession.
