     GDPR dopadlo na Uber. Nizozemský úřad mu udělil jednu z nejvyšších pokut

     Nizozemský úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (AP) uložil americké společnosti Uber pokutu 825 milionů eur (19,9 miliardy korun). Důvodem je používání automatizovaných systémů k deaktivaci účtů řidičů, aniž by o tom Uber řidiče náležitě informoval. Firma porušila evropské nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů (GDPR). Pokuta je druhou nejvyšší sankcí uloženou podle GDPR.
