New Delhi, Aug 16 (IANS) The Finance Ministry has urged all ministries and departments to switch to Producer Price Index (PPI) for rate escalation and adjustment clauses in future government procurement contracts from the current method which pegs it to the Wholesale Price Index (WPI).
