A four-member mountaineering team will attempt to hoist the Tricolour atop 5,974-metre Mount Kanamo in Himachal Pradesh on August 15. Dedicated to the golden jubilee of Lok Biradari Ashram School, the expedition was flagged off by Dr Prakash and Dr Mandakini Amte. The team aims to promote patriotism, adventure, humanitarian service, organ donation and social responsibility.
