Russian forces captured more Ukrainian territory than Ukraine’s Defense Forces reclaimed in July, the OSINT project DeepState reported. According to the group’s data, Russian forces advanced 36 square kilometers in July, though actual gains may reach 88 square kilometers due to reporting delays. DeepState also noted Ukrainian advances in two additional areas totaling at least 132 square kilometers, however, pending official announcement.
