YouTube is doubling the requirements for new creators to enter its Partner Program and start earning from content. From February 1, creators will need 8,000 annual watch hours or 20 million Shorts views in 90 days. Existing partners are unaffected, while Shorts creators must maintain 10 million rolling 90-day views to keep earning from Shorts.
