The Enforcement Directorate has launched a probe into alleged fraud involving bank officials, including a former deputy vice president and two of his subordinates. They are accused of embezzling over Rs 100 crore by creating unauthorized accounts with fake documentation. In the course of their investigation, assets worth Rs 131 crore have been frozen as the case unfolds.
