A court in North Macedonia has ordered Iva Mihaylova to be tried in absentia over alleged serious offenses involving road traffic safety, following a request from the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Kočani. “Upon the motion of the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Kočani, it has been ordered that Iva Mihaylova, accused of serious crimes against the safety of people and property in road traffic, be tried in absentia, as she is not accessible to state authorities.
