Ukrainian companies The Fourth Law and Odd Systems announced the launch of a joint project, Project Foundation, which will involve the production of uncooled thermal imaging sensors in Europe and the United States, the companies said in a joint press release on Thursday.

The Fourth Law and Odd Systems have unveiled Project Foundation, an initiative to mass-produce uncooled thermal sensors in Europe and the US from 2027. The companies say the project aims to quadruple European output and double US output within three years. Headquartered in Eindhoven, it plans to use partner production lines and dedicated facilities, although financing details have not been disclosed.
