The Trump administration is proposing new guidelines that would overhaul Head Start and could change how it's run across the country. Launched in 1965 as part of President Johnson's War on Poverty, Head Start serves 700,000 children ages three to five and 160,000 infants and toddlers through Early Head Start. Amna Nawaz discussed the proposed changes with Coral Davenport of The New York Times.
