Rymfire Elementary Assistant Principal Abra Seay safely relocated a young alligator found under a teacher's car at the end of a day of training this week, a few days before the resumption of school on Aug. 10. Seay, who grew up in Flagler County, used a broomstick to gently guide the animal into a nearby retention pond. The superintendent said the gator did not qualify for school choice.
