TSB has been warned by the Financial Markets Authority after the bank overcharged business customers for transactions. Between November 2017 and November 2023, TSB charged a 25 cents fee on some business cheque transactions that shouldn’t have attracted the fee. Overall, the error affected 7309 customer accounts.
